摘要
目的:观察滴通鼻炎水的促微血管收缩作用。方法:利用离体兔耳灌流模型及磷酸组胺诱导的大鼠鼻黏膜肿胀和毛细血管通透性增加模型,观察滴通鼻炎水在体外促微血管收缩作用及对炎症引起的毛细血管渗透性增加的保护作用。结果:滴通鼻炎水在5%浓度开始降低离体兔耳的灌流速度,10%和20%浓度的灌流速度分别降低16.0%和23.5%,其缩血管作用呈现明显的浓度-效应关系。500μl/kg的滴通鼻炎水原液或1/2稀释液鼻喷给药,显著抑制组胺引起的大鼠鼻黏膜肿胀和渗出,鼻中隔黏膜厚度分别降低7.8%和19.1%,单位重量鼻黏膜伊文思蓝渗出量分别减少22.3%和19.6%,单位面积鼻黏膜伊文思蓝渗出量分别减少27.7%和36.1%。结论:滴通鼻炎水能明显促进微血管收缩,抑制致炎物质引起的鼻黏膜毛细血管扩张和渗出。
Objective:To observe the promoting microvascular constriction effect of ditong biyanshui. Methods:To observe the promoting microvascular constriction effect of ditong biyanshui by isolated rabbits’ear perfusion model, to observe the protect effect on capillary permeability increasing caused by inflammation by means of rats’nasal mucosal swelling and capillary permeability increasing caused by histamine phosphate. Results:Ditong biyanshui could reduce the perfusion rate of isolated rabbits’ ear at 5% concertration, the perfusion rate of isolated rabbits’ear were respectively reduced 16.0% and 23.5% at 10% and 20% concertration, the vasoconstrictor effect showed obvious concertration-effect relationship.500 μl/kg ditong biyanshui and its 1/2 dilute solution nasal spray could significantly inhibit rats’ nasal mucosal swelling and inflammation exudation caused by histamine phosphate, nasal septum mucosal thickness respectively lowered 7.8% and 19.1%, evans blue extravasation in unit weight respectively reduced 22.3% and 19.6%, evans blue extravasation in unit area respectively reduced 27.2% and 36.1%. Conclusion:Ditong biyanshui can significantly promote microvascular to constrict, inhibit nasal mucosal talangiectasia and exudation caused by inflammation.
