摘要
以哥伦比亚烟煤、南非烟煤、印尼褐煤等为待测样品进行煤质分析项目的测定,分别从样品的保存时间及样品的粒度变化对检测结果的影响方面探究分析试验煤样粒度对检测重复性的影响。样品保存时间对检测结果的影响研究结果表明,随印尼褐煤和烟煤保存时间的延长,其干基高位发热量值下降趋势明显。建议将烟煤的分析试验煤样存余样保存时间缩短至10d,褐煤存查样保存时间缩短至5d。样品粒度变化对检测结果的影响研究结果显示:随着分析试验煤样粒度减小,其干基灰分测定结果的极差和标准差逐渐降低;当粒度小于0.2mm时两值趋于稳定,表明当样品粒度小于0.2mm时可使检测结果具有较好的代表性。
This paper investigated the effect of particle size of general analysis test sample on coal testing repeatability from two aspects, including the effect of sample storage time and sample particle size, on testing results. And different coal samples, such as Colombian bituminous coal, South African bituminous coal and Indonesian brown coal, were selected as the testing samples in the coal quality indexes analysis. The experimental data indicated that gross calorific values (dry basis) were obviously declined as the storage time increased for Indonesian brown coal samples and Indonesian bituminous coal samples. It was necessary to shorten the storage time of general analysis test sample to 10 days for bituminous coal, and 5 days for brown coal. And the experiments concerned with sample particle size showed that the polar difference and standard deviation of ash yield (dry basis) decreased gradually as the particle size of test sample decreased, and these two values would become stable when the particle size of sample was below 0. 2 mm, which meant it could satisfy the requirement of coal quality analysis when the particle size of sample was less than 0. 2 mm.
