田庄选煤厂质量管理体系的问题与改善

Discussion on the problems and improvement of the quality management system in Tianzhuang Coal Preparation Plant

通过对田庄选煤厂质量管理体系中存在的质量环境、人员素质和质量制度等方面问题进行分析,提出完善现场质量管理和加强质量改进等对策和方法,为其它企业质量管理体系的持续改进提供参考。

The problems existed in the quality management system in Tianzhuang Coal Preparation Plant was analyzed from aspects of quality environment, personnel quality and quality control. The countermeasures and methods of improving field quality management and strengthening quality were presented in practice, which could offer references of quality management system for other plants.
