Analysis on the causes and measures of calorific value difference in power plants

从化验、制样、采样等方面探讨引起发电企业入炉煤、入厂煤热值差的影响因素,结合存在问题的原因分析,通过完善制度、技术培训、在线监测等措施来规范操作,努力提高发电企业的燃料管理水平。

The influencing factors of calorific value difference between coal as received and coal as fired in power plants were discussed from aspects of coal sampling, preparation and testing. Combined with the causes analysis on the existed problems, many measures, such as system improvement, technical training and on-line monitoring, were adopted to standardize the operation, which would increase the fuels management level in power plants.
