摘要 三产品重介质旋流器用于动力煤分选,可将三产品重介质旋流器第1段轻产物和第2段轻产物合并,即为动力精煤。以枣庄田陈煤矿选煤厂的三产品重介质旋流器分选炼焦煤的试验数据为案例,经简要计算模拟动力煤分选50mm~0.5mm综合粒级和各粒级的工艺效果,并对用于动力煤分选的前景进行了分析。 The application of three-product heavy medium cyclone in steam coal separation was presented in this paper, that is, the first-stage light product and the second-stage light product from the three-product heavy medium cyclone could be mixed as the cleaned steam coal. The experimental data of coking coal separation by three-product heavy medium cyclone in Tianchen Coal Preparation Plant were analyzed as an example, from that, the process effect of each size fraction (50 mm^0.5 mm) in steam coal separation was simulated, and the application prospect of three-product heavy medium cyclone in steam coal separation was analyzed in detail.
