上海地铁隧道某区段不均匀沉降的成功治理 被引量:8

Successful Treatment of Uneven Settlement in Some Section of Shanghai Subway Tunnel

摘要 由于施工扰动和列车的运营震陷影响,当前运营隧道线路上一些地段存在程度不同的隧道不均匀沉降,从而引起道床与管片脱开、隧道纵缝张开、隧道渗漏水等情况。运营隧道的过大不均匀沉降如不及时控制,任其发展,将严重影响地铁结构及运营安全。通过上海地铁某区段双圆隧道不均匀沉降注浆治理工程实践,探讨了软土地区地铁隧道结构不均匀沉降的控制措施,对其注浆工艺和方案的进一步总结,可以为今后其他线路区间隧道结构整治提供参考。 Due to construction disturbance and train vibration settlement during operation,uneven settlement happens in certain section of subway tunnel resulting in the separation of track bed and tunnel segment,opening of tunnel longitudinal joint,and tunnel leakage.Without timely treatment,the uneven settlement will become so serious that will impact the subway structure and its safe operation.Combined with an engineering practice of uneven settlement treatment for a section of Shanghai DOT subway tunnel,it discusses the measures for uneven settlement control for subway tunnel in soft soil area,and makes a summary for the grouting technology and schemes,which will be useful for the structural treatment of subway's running tunnel in the future.
