摘要
在上海世博会世博轴1标基坑工程中,为控制世博轴轴Ⅰ标工程逆作法施工时的中板标高,采用离心模型试验研究了基坑开挖引起的坑底回弹规律;以离心模型试验为基础,采用Plaxis有限元软件研究了基坑开挖引起的坑底和立柱桩回弹规律;通过现场监测,得到了结构浇筑引起的模板沉降量值。结合以上各因素,最终确定中板的预留拱度为10~15 mm,在施工中取得了良好的控制效果。
In the top-down excavation pit engineering in the World Expo Axis Contract 1 of Shanghai World Expo Exhibition,in order to control the elevation of middle slab,the following measures were applied.First,centrifuge model test was conducted to study the base soil resilience law in excavation process;then the resilience law of base soil and column pile was analyzed by Plaxis finite element software;finally the formwork settlement induced by structure casting was monitored on site.Through the above mentioned measures,the camber of middle slab was reserved 10~15mm,which has achieved good effect in the construction.
