摘要
本文通过对不同官能度聚氨酯丙烯酸酯预聚物和活性稀释剂的研究,制备了适合于PET薄膜使用的UV固化抗划伤涂料。实验显示,涂料组分的双键密度(官能度)影响涂层的各项性能如附着力、硬度、柔韧性和耐擦伤性等。
Different functionality of polyurethane acrylates oligomers and active monomers were selected to prepare UV-curable coatings suitable for PET films. It shows that every perform- ance,such as adherence, hardness, flexibility and scratch rssistance were influenced by double bond density(functionality)of coatings constitute.
