摘要
对图像处理技术在粮油、食品中的应用与发展进行了综述。由于数字化图像能够随时存储和取出显示，分析过程省时省力，并且其结果可避免人为的主观误差，因此图像处理技术在粮油、食品中的应用有良好的前景。
The application and development of image analysis in the grain,oil and food industry are discussed. Image analysis method is possible to avoid operator variability associated with routine inspection and simplified experiment procedure. Owing to its convenient access and display, image analysis will be widely used in the grain,oil and food industry.
