摘要
研究了以丙烯酸丁酯 (BA)、α 甲基苯乙烯 (α MS)和丙烯腈 (AN)为单体 ,在合成PBA/P(α MS AN)核 壳结构乳液聚合过程中 ,乳化剂的性质、用量对聚合反应及乳液稳定性的影响。结果表明 ,两性乳化剂MS 1具有较高聚合速度 ,同时具有较好的乳液稳定性 ,在聚合后的乳液中加入Op 1 0 ,可提高胶乳的化学机械稳定性。此外 ,通过DSC测定Tg,进一步验证了该结构不同于P(BA α MS AN)的三元无规共聚物和PBA与P(α MS AN)的三元机械共混物 ,而是微观上的具有核 壳结构的聚合物。
Emulsion copolymerization of PBA/P(α MS AN) with a product of core/shell structure is studied. The characteristic of the emulsifiers and its concentration affect the polymerization rate and latex stability. Results show emulsifier MS 1,an amphoteric surfactant, providing relatively high polymerization rate with good latex stability. The addition of Op 10 after polymerization reaction will increase stability. In addition, T g data shows that the product is neither a random terpolymer nor a mechanical mixture of PBA and P(α MS AN) but it is a unique copolymer with a core/shell microstructure.
