摘要
介绍了以钢为基座 ,青铜粉为过渡层 ,改性聚甲醛为塑料层的三层复合材料应用于水工闸门滑道支承材料的制备、性能以及模拟试验的结果。结果表明 ,以改性聚甲醛为塑料层的三层复合材料具有低的动摩擦系数 ( fd<0 1 3) ,高的承载能力 ( q >1 0 0 kN/cm)及良好的耐老化性能 ,能够满足闸门滑道支承材料的要求。
Manufacturing methods,properties and simulating experiment results of the three layers composite are reported in this paper.This composite which is made by modified POM as the plastic layer is used as the slideway materials of gates of hydraulic dam.The result indicates that the modified POM with three layers composite has quite low friction coefficient,high load ability and good aging resistant property.It can meet the demand of the leaving slideway material for hydraulic dam.
