摘要
采用硅藻土、活性炭、聚酰胺树脂、D 30 1树脂作为吸附剂 ,比较了它们对茶多酚的吸附容量与分辨效果。并对洗脱产物的抗氧化性能以及抗菌性能进行了测定。
The absorption capability and isolation effects of four absorbents used in extracting polyphenols from low grade tea have been compared. Furthermore, the antioxygenation and antibacterial ability of the tea polyphenols eluted from the four absorbents have also been determined and compared.
