摘要
本文对斜轧大螺距圆螺纹管进行了非线性有限元分析 ,得到了轧件内部应力和应变的分布情况 ,为模具设计和工艺参数的确定提供了可靠依据。
The nonlinear finite element analysis on helical skew rolling of round thread tube is provided in this paper.The distribution of stress and strain within the workpiece are obtained.This provides reliable foundation for the design of the dies and determination of the technical parameters.
