摘要
根据硅铁冶炼炉的运行特点和烟尘中SiO_2粉尘积灰特性的实验结果,采用针形管余热锅炉和脉冲(激波)除灰技术,组成烟气余热供蒸汽系统。建设的余热利用系统运行良好,可稳定供蒸汽5~6.5 t。
According to experimental result of running characteristic of ferrosilicon smelting furnace and dust stratification characteristic of SiO_2 dust,using aciculiform tube waste heat boiler and shock wave soot blowing technology to form a smoke waste heat steam system.The residual-heat utilization system work well,it can supply steam 5~6.5 t steadily.
