摘要
经过多次的生产试验,对产品中的元素含量进行了分析测定,从原来的多点曲线,无校正方式,到理论α系数法校正曲线方式,进行曲线之间的比对,总结出在锰铁中不同碳含量对锰的影响及不同铬含量对锰的影响,减少了分析曲线对结果带来的误差,提高了分析结果的准确度。采用理论α系数法校正曲线测定中、低碳锰铁中锰量,结果准确度高,已用于成品分析。
Through a large number of production experiments,determined the elements in production.From the primary multipoint curve,no correction way to theoryαcoefficient method correction way,compared the curves,sum up the effect of different C content on Mn and that of Cr in medium-low carbon ferromanganese,reduced the error from the analyzing curve,improved the accuracy of analyzing results.To determine Mn content in MLC ferromanganese with theoryαcoeffi cient method calibration curve is fast,exact and has been used to finished product analysis.
