摘要
本文在阐述塑性变形行为与成形极限对于解析板料成形过程的作用与意义的基础上 ,针对板料屈服准则、强化模型、成形极限及复杂加载路径的影响规律的研究进展进行了综述与分析 ,得出 :建立符合实际板料成形特点的复杂加载路径的实验方法 ,验证理论研究结果的准确程度及适用范围 ,确定复杂加载路径下的解析描述及实用判据 ,是目前该领域主要的研究方向。最后对实现复杂加载路径的实验方法及其可行性进行了分析。
On the basis of expounding the effects of plastic deformation behavior and forming limit on the analysis of sheet metal forming,this paper overviews the research progress on yield criterion,hardening model,forming limit and effects of complex loading paths,and obtains that establishing the test method of complex loading paths according with sheet forming characteristics,verifying the accuracy and applicability of theoretical results,and determining the analytic description and practical criterion under complex loading paths,are main research directions in sheet metal forming.Finally,the test method realizing complex loading paths and its feasibility are analyzed.
