摘要 磁处理替代投药法水处理后 ,对水体系中的沉积物进行长期观察 ,发现水垢的变化踪迹。通过对水垢的X衍射和扫描电镜的分析测试 ,初步找到磁处理水在换热表面不结垢的原因 。 After the replacement of chemical treatment of water by magnetic treatment,an examination has been made of the sediment in thewater system for a long period of time, and the tracks of change in thescale have been found. With the analysis and testing of the scale by theX-ray diffraction method and scanning electron microscope, the causes forno scaling of the magnetically treated water on the heat exchange surfacehave been found preliminarily, providing real proof for explaining the scale-inhibition mechanism of magnetically treated water.
