测绘工程专业“地籍管理”课程教学改革与实践

Course Reform of Cadastral Management in the Surveying Engineering Undergraduate Program

本文针对我国地籍管理工作日趋现代化但相关专业人才缺乏的问题,探讨了在测绘工程本科专业中开设"地籍管理"课程的必要性与可行性,以及该课程的教学目的、教学内容和学时安排。中国地质大学(北京)的教学实践表明,面向测绘工程专业本科生开设"地籍管理"课程,可在发挥学生测绘知识优势的基础上,使学生补充有关土地产权、产籍的内容,为其今后进入国土资源管理领域开展地籍工作打下良好的基础。同时,该课程的开设也可有效的缓解我国国土资源管理部门地籍人才缺位严重的现实问题。

At present, the lack of professionals of cadastral surveying has restricted the development of China＇s modem land resources management work. This paper discussed the necessity and feasibility of the Cadastral Management course setting in the undergraduate program of the Surveying Engineering. Taking the China University of Geosciences （Beijing） teaching reform as an example, this paper expounds the contents of such course setting principles, teaching methods and the detailed schedules. It shows that such practice, not only can extend the students knowledge and improve their professional quality, but also can effectively relieve the shortage of China＇s cadastral professional talents.
