教学团队在高校人才培养中具有十分重要的作用,是专业建设的基本内容。东北石油大学资源勘查工程专业根据行业发展和人才培养需要,在国家特色专业建设的推动下,积极进行专业化教学团队建设的探索。通过新教师遴选及培养、校企合作、教研结合、老青结合及团队体系建设等多方面尝试,建立了一支高素质的队伍。

The teaching team which is a very important role in university talents training is basic content of specialty construction. According to the development of the industry and professional talent training needs, driven by the national characteristic specialty construction, the resource exploration engineering of Northeast Petroleum University actively explored the way of teaching team construction, through new teacher selection and training, school-enterprise cooperation, teaching- research cooperation, old-young cooperation team system construction and other aspects to try, having established a high quality team. It provides an important enlightenment for other universities about teaching team construction.
