摘要
应用 XRD、SEM/EDX等技术研究了 31 0不锈钢 (SS)在气氛总压为 1 0 5Pa,0 .5% SO2 /S2 /2 .0 % N2 混合气氛中 550~ 650°C的高温腐蚀行为。在此气氛中材料同时发生高温氧化和高温硫化 ,但主要是高温硫化腐蚀。31 0不锈钢在此温度范围的腐蚀遵循抛物线规律 ,腐蚀速率随温度升高而升高。腐蚀以沿晶界的局部腐蚀为主。
