研究冠心病患者心理障碍与疾病的相关性及重要性，提升护士对“双心护理”的认识，以系统的、切实有效的心理干预方法以减轻患者的心理压力，调动患者积极的心理应对能力，改善或消除疾病不良情绪，提高治疗依从性，降低并发症发生率，提高疗效，改善患者生活质量。

To study the correlation between mental disorder of the patients with coronary heart disease and disease, in order to pro- mote the wareness of ＂ double heart＂ nursing of the nurse. Systematic and effective psychological intervention can relieve patients psyehological pressure, mobilize patients＇coping ability, improve or eliminate unhealthy emotions, improve the compliance, ruduce the complication, improve the patientslife quality.
