摘要 研究了 DD3单晶高温合金 HY3(Ni Cr Al YSi)包覆型涂层抗氧化、抗热腐蚀性能。试验结果表明 ,HY3涂层主要由 γ相、γ′相及少量 β相、α- Cr组成 ,在 1 0 50~ 1 1 0 0°C高温氧化和 90 0°C燃气热腐蚀条件下 ,涂层对合金起到了很好的防护作用。 The oxidation resistance and hot corrosion resistance of DD3 monocrystal supperalloy coated with HY3 (NiCrAlYSi) coating were investigated It is shown that HY3 coating, which is composed of γ phase, γ phase, some β phase and α Cr, greatly improves the high temperature oxidation resistance of DD3 alloy at 1050°C^1100°C and the hot corrosion resistance of DD3 alloy at 900°C
