Investigation and analysis on the learning burnout of undergraduate nursing students

摘要 目的了解本科护生学习倦怠的现状,为护理教育提供参考。方法采用连榕等编制的《大学生学习倦怠调查量表》对在校的本科护生进行调查。结果本科护生学习倦怠的总体水平偏高,其中行为不当较为严重,男护生在行为不当维度得分高于女护生,非第一志愿录取的护生在学习倦怠总分及各维度的得分均高于第一志愿录取的护生,来自城镇家庭的护生在学习倦怠总分及情绪低落、成就感低维度得分高于来自农村家庭的护生;学习倦怠随着年级增高而趋于严重,一年级护生在学习倦怠总分及各维度的得分低于二、三、四年级护生,差异有统计学意义(P均〈0.05)。结论本科护生的学习倦怠现象应当引起重视,可根据不同性别、不同年级、不同生源地、不同录取志愿的护生在学习倦怠上的差异进行针对性的教育干预。 Objective To find out the current status of learning burnout in undergraduate nursing students, in order to provide a reference for the advanced nursing education. Methods To investigate undergraduate nursing students by use of the Burnout Scale for Col- lege Students worked out by Lian Rong and open - ended questionnaire. Results The overall level of learning burnout in undergraduate nurs- ing students was high, and the misconduct of the students was more serious. The level of the misconduct of the male students was obviously higher than that of female students. The overall level of learning burnout and the levels in the dimensions of learning burnout of the nursing students admitted to their non - first choice were higher than those of students admitted to their first choice. The overall level of learning burnout and the scores in depression, low sense of accomplishment of the nursing students from urban household were higher than those of students from rural families. Among the comparisons of those in grades, it was found that the total scores of learning burnout and the scores in the dimensions of learning burnout of the first grade nursing students were the minimum. Compare it with that of the second, the third and the fourth grade students. The differences were statistically significant ( P 〈 0. 05 ) . Conclusions The learning burnout in undergraduate nursing students should be paid close attention to. The targeted education should be carried out on the students, according to the differences on learning burnout in the students of different gender, different grades, different places of students coming from, and different voluntary ad- mission.
