摘要
研究了中品位磷矿湿法磷制得的浓缩磷铵料浆进行氨二次中和后的特性。确定了采用管式中和反应器 ,在实验模式装置上 ,研究了此浓缩料浆氨二次中和生产磷酸二铵 (DAP)管式反应器的结构及设计参数。确定了氨二次中和的工艺。设计了 3万吨/年的DAP管式反应器 ,在 3万吨 /年MAP装置上进行了 72小时的生产运行考核 ,生产稳定可靠达到了预定指标。现放大到 6万吨 /年DAP装置 ,正在建设中。
The property of concentrated MAP slurry, which is made from wet phosphoric acid and mid grade phosphate rock,is studied. Tubing reactor's structure and design parameter are described. Double neutralization process is determined. Tubing reactor at scale of 3*10 4 t DAP/a is designed. 72 hours test production has been achieved in steady and reliable condition. Now 6*10 4 t DAP/a plant is under construction.
