摘要
介绍大、中型氨厂脱除变换气中CO2 的方法 ,探讨了脱碳过程挖潜改造、节能降耗的技术原理 ,并给出了新型塔内件和孔板波纹填料改造不同脱碳塔的实例 ,着重介绍了改良热钾碱法脱碳塔的技术改造。
Carbon removal method used in large and middle scale ammonia plant is introdced. Modification measures to save energy are discussed. Modification examples using new inner parts and holed wave type packing are put forward. Modification to hot potassium alkali method is described in detail.
