原位担载型铁系煤直接液化催化剂的研究

STUDY ON AN IN SITU IMPREGNATED IRON BASED CATALYST FOR DIRECT COAL LIQUEFACTION

考察了原位担载型铁基催化剂制备过程中 ,交换前驱体试剂 Fe Cl3 和 Na2 S的添加顺序对几种担载在不同煤表面上的催化剂性质的影响 .研究结果表明 ,交换 Fe Cl3 和 Na2 S两种前驱体试剂的添加顺序 ,对不同煤种的液化效果产生不同程度的影响 .这种影响与载体煤表面对离子的选择性吸附以及催化剂表面性质有关 .

An iron based catalyst for direct coal liquefaction was in situ impregnated on coal in an aqueous solution containing Na 2S and FeCl 3. The sequence of their addition in the coal containing solution, and adsorption of Na +,S 2- ,Fe 3+ ,Cl - on coal and the relation between the ion adsorption and coal properties are studied to their effect on coal liquefaction activity. The results showed that S 2- and Na + are more easily absorbed on coal surface than other ions, and comparatively higher amounts of SO 2- 4 formed on catalyst surface when the catalyst was prepared by mixing coal with Na 2S first, those all relate well to high catalyst activity.
