北京市消毒产品卫生质量抽检报告

REPORT ON QUALITY ANALYSIS ON DISINFECTION PRODUCTS IN BEIJING

目的了解北京市消毒产品卫生质量状况,建立消毒产品质量数据库,为加强质量管理提供依据。方法采用随机抽样方法和通过SPSS进行描述性分析及假设检验,对北京市消毒产品卫生质量进行调查。结果 2006-2011年共抽检北京市319个生产和经营单位的658种(份)消毒产品,卫生质量总平均合格率为88.75%。658份产品分别来自23个生产企业、248家经营单位和48家使用单位。在抽检的产品中,消毒剂产品合格率为81.16%,消毒器械合格率为100%,卫生用品合格率为89.34%。消毒剂主要质量问题是有效成分含量不达标,标签标注的内容与卫生许可批件批准的内容不一致。卫生用品主要质量问题是标签出现或暗示对疾病的治疗效果。结论北京市消毒相关产品卫生质量整体较高,需要加强对化学消毒剂和抗(抑)菌洗剂产品的质量管理。

Objective To know the quality of disinfection products in Beijing and set up the database which provide scientific evidence for strengthen quality management.Methods Random sampling,description analysis and hypothesis testing by SPSS were used to investigate the health quality of disinfection products.Results 658 products were sampled in 319 units during 2006 to 2011,among those 584 samples were met the requirements,the qualified rate was 88.75%.All products were sampled during sanity inspection in 23 manufactures,258 business units and 48 using units respectively.The qualified rate of disinfectants,disinfection equipments and sanitary products was 81.16%,100%,and 89.34% respectively.The main unqualified reason in disinfectants was active ingredient content didn＇t meet the standard and the tag was inconsistent with health permit certification;the main unqualified reason in sanitary products was the information on implied function for disease treatment were found on tag.Conclusion The overall quality of disinfection products in Beijing is good,but it′s still required to strengthen health inspection on disinfectants and anti-（suppression） bacterial products.
