高温高盐油藏中季铵盐双子表面活性剂的性能评价

Performance Evaluation on Quaternary Ammonium Salt Gemini Surfactants for Use in High Temperature and High Salt Content Oil Reservoirs

摘要 考察了季铵盐双子表面活性剂在高温高盐油藏中各影响因素对油水界面张力的影响,并对其临界胶束浓度、静态吸附性能、热稳定性能进行了评价。结果表明,季铵盐双子表面活性剂具有较低的临界胶束浓度;在高温高盐油藏条件下具有很好的油藏适用性;在油藏温度50~80℃时,矿化度7 000~22 000 mg/L时,具有较好的界面活性,其抗二价离子、抗静态吸附。 The factors affecting the tension between oil -water interface in high temperature and high salt content oil reservoirs when quaternary ammonium salt gemini surfactants are used are studied, and the critical micelle concentration, static absorption performance and the thermal stability of these gemini surfactants are evaluated in this paper. According to the results of evaluation, quaternary ammonium salt gemini surfactants are of low critical micelle concentration and suitable for use in high temperature and high salt content oil reservoirs. When the temperature of oil reservoir is 50 to 80℃ and its salinity is 7 000 to 220 000, the interracial activity of quaternary ammonium salt gemini surfactants is high with the properties of divalent ions resistance, static adsorption resistance and thermal stability meeting the requirement for use in the oil reservoir.
