简要介绍了江苏省盐海化工有限公司氯气处理工艺流程,对氯气压缩机组运行过程中出现的典型故障进行了详细的介绍和原因分析,并提出了解决办法。同时,对3H-3/4500型离心式氯气压缩机组在开机、运行、停机过程中的注意点进行了说明。
The process flow of chlorine gas treatment at Jiangsu Provincial Yanhai Chemical Industry Co. , Ltd. was introduced briefly. The typical faults in the running of chlorine compressor set were introduced in detail. Their causes were analyzed and the corresponding solutions were put forward. The points needing attention in the start-up, running and shut-down of 3H-3/4500 type chlorine compressor set were explained.
