摘要
分析了安徽八一化工股份有限公司氯化苯车间老系统氯化器尾气发生爆炸的两个原因——干苯含水较多和静电效应,提出了防范措施:在氯化器在开车之前,必须做干苯含水、氯气纯度分析,保证在分析合格后方可通氯开车;在日常工作中要按时检测静电接地电阻,并控制其阻值≤10Ω,确保氯化器开车正常。
Two causes of explosion chlorobenzene workshop of Anhui Bayi high water content in dry benzene and forward: (1) the water content in dry of tail gas from chlorination reactor in the old system in the Chemical Industry Co. , Ltd. were analyzed. The causes were electrostatic effect. The following preventive measures were put benzene and the purity of chlorine gas must be analyzed before start-up, and only after the analysis indexes were qualified can chlorine be fed to start up; (2) the earthing resistance of static electricity must be detected greater than 10 Ω in order to ensure normal operation of regularly in routine work and be controlled no chlorination reactor.
