介绍了法兰式差压变送器量程的计算与校验,分析了变送器在调试与应用中的问题及解决措施:双法兰变送器接液膜片脆裂,双法兰差压变送器损坏,变送器的测量误差,压力(绝压)变送器量程调整及超量程问题等。

The calculation and check of flanged differential pressure transmitter＇s range were introduced. The problems of transmitters in debugging and application, such as crack of liquid-contacting diaphragm of double-flange transmitter, breakdown of double-flange differential pressure transmitter, measurement error of transmitter, range adjustment of pressure （ absolute pressure） transmitter and overranging, were analyzed as well as the solving measures.
