葛根素对椎间盘退变大鼠模型AQP1的影响 被引量:8

摘要 目的:探讨葛根素治疗颈椎病作用的机制。方法:以动静力失衡方法建立颈椎间盘退变模型,测定椎间盘含水量了解颈椎间盘退变情况,用免疫印迹法检测大鼠椎间盘中水通道蛋白1(AQP1)含量,观察模型大鼠给药8周后的变化。结果:葛根素高剂量组、中剂量组含水量高于西乐葆组,差异有显著性意义(P值分别为0.000、0.011)。葛根素高剂量组、中剂量组与低剂量组相比差异有显著性意义(P值分别为0.000、0.013)。葛根素低剂量组与西乐葆组差异无显著性意义(P=0.998)。葛根素高剂量组、中剂量组AQP1的含量高于西乐葆组,差异有显著性意义(P值分别为0.004、0.007)。葛根素高剂量组、中剂量组与低剂量组相比差异有显著性意义(P值分别为0.001、0.019)。葛根素低剂量组与西乐葆组差异无显著性意义(P=0.166)。讨论:葛根素具有改善颈椎间盘退变的作用,对AQP1的调节作用是其疗效机制之一。
