摘要
高校外语教师专业发展之重要性在深化教育改革过程中无存异议,但如何开发其有效途径值得探究。本文旨在把多层次合作教学模式用于高校外语教师的专业发展。通过分析外语教师在职专业发展的科学性和目前存在的局限性,继而阐述多层次合作教学的定位及其与之适应性,然后介绍该合作教学模式在贵阳学院的实践情况,从而客观阐释合作教学模式对高校外语教师专业发展的促进作用。
There seems to be no doubts about the importance of tertiary EFL teachers' in-service professional development,but how to find out an effective approach to its practice needs to be discussed or explored.This paper aimed to apply the multilayered peer coaching practice model to the professional development of tertiary EFL teachers by analyzing the scientificity of the in-service professional development and its existing limitation,describing the definition and position of the multilayered peer coaching practice model,and then reporting the results from the relevant practice done in Guiyang University,so as to take an objective account of the positive effects of the collaborative teaching model on tertiary EFL teachers' in-service professional development.
