Two Issues Regarding Creating Learning Institute and a Learning Party Organization for Higher Education

近年来,自从彼得.圣吉写出的《第五项修炼——学习型组织的艺术与实务》等学习型组织理论的代表作面世后,学习型组织的创建活动风行世界。党的十七届四中全会通过的《中共中央关于加强和改进新形势下党的建设若干重大问题的决定》提出,"建设马克思主义学习型政党,提高全党思想政治水平","把建设马克思主义学习型政党作为重大而紧迫的战略任务抓紧抓好。"建设学习型高校和高校学习型党组织,是学习型社会、学习型组织的重要组成部分,是学习型政党的基础单元。本文主要就正确认识加强高校党组织自身建设与创建高校学习型党组织的一致性;在创建学习型高校和高校学习型党组织时走出简单排斥,无所作为;瞻前顾后,害怕失败;恪守传统,改头换面;囫囵吞枣,简单"拿来";浅尝即止,踟蹰不前;半途而废,山河依旧;好大喜功,炫耀政绩等七个误区这两个方面谈谈自己的认识。

In recent years,since Peter Sanji has written ＂The fifth discipline-learning organization for art and practice＂ and so on,after the appearance of learning organization theory masterpiece,the learning-based organization became so popular by creating activities worldwide.The party＇s fourth plenary session of the 17th Central Committee about to strengthen and improve the party＇s construction in the new situation on major issues ＂proposes＂,＂build Marxist political party,improve the whole party learning ideological and political level＂,＂to build Marxist political party as important and urgent for learning the strategic task by paying close attention＂.Construction learning college and university,and learning party organization,are based on society,and the learning organization is an important part of learning the basic party unit.In this paper,based on the seven errors in the correct understanding to strengthen the party construction and create their own college learning party organization＇s consistency;In establishing the learning universities and colleges when learning party organization out of simple rejection,doing nothing;Selecting,fear of failure;Abide by the traditional;Change ones appearance ;Bolt as simply to ＂bring＂;Light taste to be enough,and hesitation without moving forward;Giving up halfway;Mountains and rivers are remained as they were;Craving for greatness and success;Showing off ones achievements for official career,and so on to discuss some ideas.
