摘要
目的:探讨药用爬山虎对牛Ⅱ型胶原诱导性关节炎大鼠(CIA)血清肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、白介素1(IL-1)及白介素1β(IL-1β)水平的影响。方法:40只6周龄雌性Wistar大鼠随机分为空白对照组、模型对照组、爬山虎治疗组和雷公藤多苷治疗组,建立CIA动物模型,观察爬山虎对CIA大鼠足趾容积、关节积液及血清TNF-α、IL-1、IL-1β水平的影响。结果:给药28天后,爬山虎治疗组与雷公藤多苷治疗组均能明显抑制CIA大鼠足趾肿胀,降低关节炎指数,且显著降低血清TNF-α、IL-1及IL-1β水平,两组无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:药用爬山虎能够降低CIA大鼠血清TNF-α、IL-1及IL-1β等炎症因子的表达。
Objective: To research the effects of medicinal parthenocissus tricuspidata on serum levels of TNF-α,IL-1 and IL-1β of rats with cattle type II collagen-induced arthritis (CIA). Method: After 40 female 6 week-old Wistar rats were randomly divided into blank control group, model group, treatment group with parthenocissus tricuspidata and treatment group with glucosides of tripterygium wilfordii(GTW). The model rats with CIA were established. We observed the effects of medicinal parthenocissus tricuspidata on toes volume of rats, arthritis effusion of rats, and the serum level of TNF-α,IL-1 and IL-1β of rats by ELISA. Results: After given medicine for 28 days, swollen toes of rats with CIA was significantly suppressed, arthritis index was reduced, and serum levels of TNF-α,IL-1 and IL-1β of rats were significantly reduced in treatment group with parthenocissus tricuspidata and treatment group with GTW, there was no significant difference between two groups (P〉0.05). Conclusion: The serum levels of TNF-α,IL-1 and IL-1β of rats were significantly reduced by parthenocissus tricuspidata
