止痛祛风汤对大鼠急性痛风性关节炎影响的实验研究

Experimental Study of the Effects of Zhitong Qufeng Decoction on the Rats with Acute Gouty Arthritis

目的:观察止痛祛风汤对急性痛风性关节炎大鼠的踝关节肿胀率及其肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素1β(IL-1β)的影响。方法:采用尿酸钠诱导急性痛风性关节炎大鼠模型,以秋水仙碱为对照,观察止痛祛风汤对各组大鼠的踝关节肿胀率及血清TNF-α、IL-1β水平的调节作用。结果:止痛祛风汤能明显抑制急性痛风性关节炎大鼠的踝关节肿胀率,与模型组及正常组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05,P<0.01),疗效与秋水仙碱相当;能降低血清TNF-α、IL-1β水平,与模型组及正常组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),疗效与秋水仙碱相当。结论:止痛祛风汤能明显抑制急性痛风性关节炎大鼠的踝关节肿胀率和降低其血清TNF-α、IL-1β的水平,是其治疗痛风性关节炎的机理之一。

Objective： To observe the impacts of Zhitong Qufeng decoction on ankle swelling rate and serum levels of TNF-α, IL-1β of the rats with acute gouty arthritis. Methods： The model rats with acute gouty arthritis were induced by sodium urate. With colchicine for comparison, we observed the regulation functions of Zhitong Qufeng decoction on ankle swelling rate and serum levels of TNF-α, IL-1β of the rats with acute gouty arthritis in every group. Results： Compared with model group and normal group, ankle swelling rate of the rats with acute gouty arthritis was significantly restrained by Zhitong Qufeng decoction, it had significant difference （P〈0.05, P〈 0.01）. The efficacy of Zhitong Qufeng decoction was equivalent to colchicine. The serum levels of TNF-α, IL-1 [3 of the rats with acute gouty arthritis were reduced by Zhitong Qufeng decoction. Compared with model group and normal group, it had significant difference （P〈0.05）, the efficacy of it was equivalent to colchicine. Conclusion： The ankle swelling rate and serum levels of TNF-α, IL-1β of the rats with acute gouty arthritis can be significantly restrained by Zhitong Qufeng decoction, which is one of the mechanisms of treating gouty arthritis by it.
