某高职院校学生肥胖与体质关系的研究

Association between obesity and constitution of students from a higher vocational college

目的为揭示高职院校大学生BMI分布特征以及肥胖与体质关系。方法采用SPSS和EXCEL软件分析某高职院校2010级和2011级4114名大学生体质测试成绩。结果 (1)参加测试学生BMI总体上处于正常范围,男大学生的超重、肥胖程度要比女大学生严重(男生超重及肥胖率为69.71%,女生为68.45%);(2)参加测试学生BMI和身体机能、素质之间存在着一定的相关关系(BMI与肺活量:r=0.128,P<0.001;BMI与肺活量体重指数:r=-0.274,P<0.001;BMI与耐力类项目成绩:r=-0.70,P<0.001;BMI与柔韧力量类项目:r=0.105,P<0.001;BMI与速度灵巧类项目:r=0.026,P=0.091,无统计学意义)。结论超重和肥胖均会对大学生的心肺功能、速度素质。

Objective To reveal the distribution characteristics of students＇ BMI, obesity and constitutmn and the relationship between them. Methods SPSS and EXCEL software was used to analyze certain higher vocational school in grade 2010 and 2011 of test scores of constitution of 4 114 students of grade 2010 and 2011 in a higher vocational college. Results The students were in the normal range of general BMI, male college students overweight and obese degree were more serious than female college students （the rate of overweight and obesity for male was 69.71% and for female was 68.45 % ）. There were centain relationship between students＇ BMI, body function, and their constitution （ BMI and vital capacity： r = 0. 128, P 〈 O. O01 ; BMI and the index of vital capacity and weight ： r = - 0. 274, P 〈 0.001 ;BMI ＆ scores of stamina program：r = -0.70,P 〈0.001 ;BMI ＆ scores of power program：r = -0. 105 ,P 〈0.001 ;BMI ＆ scores of speed program：r = 0.026 ,P = -O. 091, and no statistic significance）. Conclusion Overweight and obesity have adverse effects on Cardiovascular function, speed,relative muscle strength and stamina diathesis of college students.
