摘要
目的探讨钢板治疗跟骨骨折的治疗效果。方法 2009年8月—2011年8月对40例不同类型跟骨骨折患者采用切开复位钢板内固定术。结果 32例患者获9个月到18个月的随访,根据Maryland足部评分标准,疗效优良26例,可4例,差1例,优良率81.3%。结论切开复位钢板固定能使跟骨骨折获得解剖复位及近解剖复位,具有良好的治疗效果,患者能早期恢复工作能力,效果满意。
Objective To evaulate the effect of the operation for comminuted caleaneus fractures treatment with plate fixation. Methods Forty cases with different types of comminuted calcaneal fractures were treated by open reduction and plate fixation from August 2009 to August 2011. Results Thirty two cases were followed up for 9 to 18 months. The results were validated using Maryland Foot Score. Excellent results were noted in 20 feet, good in 6, fair in 4, and poor in 1. Excellent and good rate was 81.3%. Condusion The treat ment of open reduction and plate fixation is a kind of good method for caleaneus fractures. It can achieve complete and near anatomical reduction. Patients can recover their work ability.
