Endovascular interventional treatment of wide-necked intracranial aneurysms

目的探讨颅内宽颈动脉瘤的血管内介入治疗。方法应用血管内栓塞治疗5例颅内囊状宽颈动脉瘤,分别采用单微导管技术治疗4例,双微导管技术治疗1例。结果栓塞后造影显示动脉瘤获得90%以上填塞3例,80%以上填塞2例,100%填塞0例。术后3～6个月随访,未发现动脉瘤再出血。结论单微导管或双微导管技术对宽颈动脉瘤的弹簧圈栓塞是可行的、安全的,特别是不适合球囊或支架辅助的病例中。

Objective To explore the endovascular interventional treatment of wide-necked intracranial aneurysms. Methods The wide necked intracranial aneurysms in five cases were treated with coil embolization of the endovascular interventional treatment, among which 4 cases were performed through the one microeatheter technique, 1 case performed through the two microcatheter technique. Results Postembolization angiograms demonstrated that the aneurysms obtained over 90% occlusion in 3 cases, over 80% occlusion in 2 cases, and 100% occlusion in 0 cases. During the period of 3 -6 months after operation, the aneurysms of all patients showed no rebleeding. Conclusion The one microcatheter or two-microcatheter technique is safe and feasible for coil embolization of wide-necked aneurysms, especially in cases that are not suitable for balloon or stent-assisted techniques.
