摘要
本文用硅烷偶联剂KH-570对滑石粉、空心玻璃微珠进行表面处理,并对改性无机填料填充UP树脂浇铸体及其GFRP的力学性能进行了测试。对测试结果的分析表明:填料的加入使UP树脂浇铸体、GFRP的模量上升、强度下降,而填料经偶联剂改性后,其填充体系的各项力学性能均有提高,并用化学键理论进行了解释.
In this paper, silane coupling agent KH-570 was used to treat talc and hollow glass microsphere, the mechanical properties of cast UP resin and its GFRP filled with modified inorganic filler were also tested. Analysis to the results show that introduction of filler makes the modulus of cast UP resin and GFRP rise and strength drop. But after the filler is modified with silane coupling agent, both strength and modulus rise. This is also expained using chemical bond theory.
