基于层次分析法的农民专业合作社运营绩效评价研究

The operational performance evaluation of farmer professional cooperative based on analytic hierarchy process

从合作社的组织收益、社员收益、内部治理、发展潜力和社会影响等5个方面,构建了一个农民专业合作社的绩效评价指标体系;在采用层次分析法(Analytical hierarchy process,AHP)确定各个度量指标及其权重之后,运用该指标体系对江西赣州市40家样本合作社的绩效水平进行了综合排名和评价.结果表明,虽然合作社在组织和社员方面均具备一定的创收能力,但其内部治理结构尚不完善,总体绩效不高.从整体上看,合作社的未来发展潜力较强,前景较乐观.

A performance evaluation index system of farmer professional cooperative from the aspects of organizational benefits, membership benefits, internal governance, development potential and social impact was designed in this paper. After determined the weights of all indexes with subjectivity of AHP, the performance of the 40 sample cooperatives investigated in Ganzhou, Jiangxi Province were ranked and evaluated by the performance evaluation index system. The results showed that the tarmer cooperative had a certain income-generating capacity in the aspect of both the organization itself and its members, but the internal governance structure was not perfect yet and the overall performance was in a medium or lowerlevel. Generally speaking, the tarmer cooperative was good at the future development.
