倾销对我国油料产业的影响

Influence of foreign dumping to Chinese oil industry

在国外油料产品倾销和我国油料产业遭受损害已成事实的背景下,文章着重分析了主要油料出口国的倾销行为与我国油料产业损害的因果关系,旨在为我国脆弱的油料产业反倾销措施的实施提供理论依据.通过运用广义矩阵估计法(Generalized matrix method of estimation,GMM),对倾销与损害之间因果关系的联立方程组进行模拟,实证分析结果显示,国外油料产品的倾销行为是造成我国油料产业受损的主要原因.同时提出了我国应积极采取适当的反倾销措施,加强对国内油料产业发展的支持力度,以维护国家油料供给安全.

With the background of the foreign oil product dumping in China, Chinese oil industry had been affected as analyzed in this paper, in order to provide adequate theoretical basis to overcome the foreign dumping. Generalized matrix method of estimation （GMM） was adopted to estimatie the causal rela-tionship simultaneous equations between the dumping and simplified system of industrial injury indicators. The results showed that the foreign of dumping oil products was the major harmful reason to the Chinese oil industry. The appropriate anti-dumping measures should be strengthen to supported the domestic oil industry, with which protect the security of oil industry.
