摘要
无论是在远古的蛮荒时代,还是在科技发达的今天,人类都无法避免灾害的发生。灾害的发生给人类带来了巨大的人员伤亡和财产损失。因此,从多角度开展防灾减灾工作,是我国社会发展过程中一项重要的内容。灾害是伦理道德发生的特殊场域,受灾群体在逃生自救和灾后重建过程中要依据一定的伦理原则,这对于降低灾害造成的损失和灾后重建工作具有重要作用。以灾害中受灾群体的伦理原则为研究对象,阐述了受灾群体在灾害救助和灾后重建过程中的伦理缺失的现象,探索受灾群体在灾害互助自救中应当遵守的伦理原则。
No matter in history or today when science and technology developed highly,humans are unable to avoid the happening of the disaster.As known to all,disasters have brought great casualties and property losses to human society.Therefore,the work from multiple angles for disaster prevention and mitigation becomes an important part in our social development process.Disaster is a special field of ethic happening.Some certain ethical principles to in self rescue and post disaster reconstrcution play an important role in reducng the loss caused by disasters and reconstructing afterwards.From the angle of ethics of affected groups in disasters,this paper elaborates the lack of ethics phenomenons in disaster relief and reconstruction process,and explores the principle of ethics,which should be followed in the process of mutual rescue.
