摘要
以能源消耗强度和污染排放强度两个指标来代表生态效益,应用直接因素分解法和Divisia因素分解法,对我国2002-2007年期间产业结构变动对生态效益的贡献度测算的结果表明,我国这期间的技术进步对生态效益成正的影响,但这种正的影响却被产业结构变动对生态效益的负效应所抵消。因此,节能减排目标的实现,不仅要靠技术进步,还要对产业结构进行优化调整。
The article uses energy consumption intensity and pollution emission intensity as the ecological efficiency,and computes the contribution degree of industrial structure change to the energy consumption intensity and pollution emission intensity between 2002 and 2007 by direct factor decomposition method and Divisia factor decomposition method.The results show that: the industrial structure change makes a negative effect to energy consumption intensity and pollution emission intensity.So,for the purpose of energy saving and emission reduction,we should not only depend on technology progress,but also on industrial structure adjustment.
