化瘀通络方对寻常性银屑病皮损及血浆内皮素的影响

Clinical Observation of Psoriasis Vulgaris Treated with Huayu Tongluo Formula and Its Influence on Plasma Edothelin

目的探讨化瘀通络方治疗寻常性银屑病的临床疗效及其对血浆内皮素(endothelin,ET)的影响。方法将120例银屑病患者分为2组。治疗组60例用化瘀通络方治疗,对照组60例用消银颗粒治疗;另选30名健康者作为健康对照组。疗程8周后评价其临床疗效,并用放射免疫法检测治疗前后ET含量。结果 2组有效率分别为83.33%、56.67%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(u=3.38,P<0.005);银屑病患者血浆ET水平明显高于健康对照组,经治疗后2组ET均下降,治疗组下降更明显,与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论化瘀通络方治疗寻常性银屑病血瘀证有较好的临床疗效,且能降低ET水平。

Objective To discuss clinical curative effect of Huayu Tongluo formula on treating psoriasis vulgaris of progressive stage and its effect on plasma endothelin（ET）.Methods 120 patients were divided into treatment group（60 cases） which treated by Huayu Tongluo formula,and control group（60 cases） which treated by Xiaoyin granule.30 healthy subjects were selected as healthy control group.The therapeutic efficacy was evaluated after eight weeks of treatment.The ET content was determined by radioimmunoassay before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate was 83.33% in the treatment group and 56.67% in the control group with significant difference（u=3.38,P0.005）.The plasm ET level in patients was significantly higher than that in the healthy subjects.ET in both groups was lower after treatment,but the decreasing was more obvious in the treatment group,showing significant difference than before treatment（P0.05）.Conclusion Huayu Tongluo formula is effective on treating psoriasis vulgaris in progressive stage,and it could decrease the content of ET.
