玫瑰糠疹患者不同时期血清白细胞介素4、白细胞介素12和干扰素γ水平检测 被引量:1

Expression of Serum Interleukin-4,Interleukin-12 and Interferon-γ from Patients with Pityriasis Rosea in Different Stages

摘要 目的观察玫瑰糠疹患者急性期和恢复期血清中白细胞介素4(interleukin-4,IL-4)、白细胞介素12(interleukin-12,IL-12)、干扰素γ(interferon-γ,IFN-γ)表达水平。方法应用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附试验(enzymelinked immunosorbent assay,ELISA)方法。结果玫瑰糠疹患者恢复期血清中IL-4水平较急性期升高(P<0.05),恢复期与正常对照组IL-4表达水平接近(P>0.05);玫瑰糠疹患者恢复期血清中IL-12、IFN-r水平较急性期降低(P<0.05),而IL-12、IFN-r水平与正常对照组接近(P>0.05)。结论玫瑰糠疹患者在急性期体内存在免疫失衡。 Objective To investigate expression of cytokines,such as serum interleukin-4(IL-4),interleukin-12(IL-12),and interferon-γ(IFN-γ) from pityriasis rosea(PR) patients in different stages.Methods Double antibody sandwich-type enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) was used.Results The level of IL-4 was higher in restoration stage patients(P0.05),which was close to healthy control(P0.05);while IL-12 and IFN-γ level was lower in restoration stage patients(P0.05),which was close to healthy control(P0.05).Conclusion There is unbalance of humoral immunity in acute stage of PR.
