红斑型天疱疮并发白癜风1例

摘要 1临床资料患者男,80岁,工人。面颈部起白斑50年,周身起红斑、水疱伴痒1个月,于2011年6月10日来我院皮肤科就诊。患者50年前于面颈部起色素脱失斑,在多家医院诊断为白癜风,未经治疗。于1个月前无诱因周身起红斑、松弛性水疱,疱壁薄,易破,尼氏征阳性,可见鲜红色糜烂面、部分皮疹表面结成黄痂皮,口腔黏膜未见破溃.
