纳洛酮联合醒脑静治疗脑血管病意识障碍临床分析

Clinical analysis of naloxone combined with Xingnaojing in treatment of cerebrovascular diseases with consciousness disturbance

目的探讨纳洛酮联合醒脑静治疗脑血管病意识障碍的临床效果。方法笔者所在医院住院治疗的脑血管病意识障碍患者84例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各42例。对照组患者给予脑血管病的常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上,给予纳洛酮联合醒脑静治疗。结果治疗组42例患者中,27例治愈,11例显效,2例无效,2例死亡,治愈率为64.29%,总有效率达90.48%。对照组42例患者中,15例痊愈,13例显效,10例无效,4例死亡,治愈率为35.71%,总有效率为66.67%。治疗组患者的治愈率以及总有效率均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。所有患者均无毒副作用发生。结论纳洛酮联合醒脑静治疗脑血管病意识障碍,具有疗效确切,意识恢复快的特点,并且无毒副作用,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To study clinicai effect of naloxone combined with Xingnaojing in treatment of cerebrovascular diseases with consciousness disturbance. Methods 84 patients of cerebrovascular diseases with consciousness disturbance in our hospital were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 42 cases in each group. All patients in the control group were given conventional treatment of cerebral vascular disease,patients in treatment group were given naloxone combined with Xingnaojing on the basis of conventional treatment. Results In 42 patients of the treatment group,27 cases were cured, l l cases were markedly improved,2 cases were invalid,and 2 cases were dead,the cure rate was 64.29%,total effective rate was 90.48%. In 42 patients in the control group,15 cases were cured,13 cases were markedly improved,10 cases were invalid,4 were dead,cure rates was 35.71%,the total effective rate was 66.67%. Cure rates and total effective rate of treatment groups were significantly higher than the control group（P ~ 0.05）. All patients were non-toxic side effects. Conclusion The efficacy of naloxone combined with Xingnaojing in treatment of cerebrovascular diseases with consciousness disturbance is good,consciousness recovery fast,and there is no side effects,so it is worthy of promotion.
