摘要
目的总结癌痛患者药物治疗经验。方法选择笔者所在医院2009年1月～2012年1月收治的癌痛患者共120例的临床资料,按三阶梯给予止痛药物治疗,并观察治疗效果。结果给予三阶梯止痛药物治疗后,各级患者癌痛均达到较好的缓解率。结论严格按照三级阶梯止痛原则治疗癌痛可取得满意的效果。
Objective To sum up the experience in the treatment of cancer with analgesics. Methods Clinical data of 120 cases with cancer pain in the hospital from January 2009 to January 2012 were collected. 120 cases were given the analgesics medication according to a three-tiered and observed the treatment effect. Results After giving three-tiered analgesics medication, patients with cancer pain at all levels have reached better complete remission rate. Conclusion The treatment of cancer pain can lead to satisfactory results in strict accordance with the principle of three-step analgesic ladder.
