膝关节损伤关节镜术后的早期康复护理效果

Early rehabilitation nursing effect of knee injury after arthroscopic surgery

目的探讨膝关节损伤关节镜术后的早期康复护理效果。方法笔者所在医院骨科治疗的膝关节损伤病患者60例,均于硬膜外麻醉下进行关节镜手术治疗,随机分为康复组和对照组各30例。康复组患者术后早期给予康复护理治疗,对照组患者只给予常规的术后康复护理。结果康复组患者治疗后膝关节功能恢复的优良率明显高于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论膝关节损伤关节镜术后给予患者早期康复护理,可以有效的减少膝关节损伤的并发症,并且可以促进膝关节功能的恢复,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the early rehabilitation nursing effect of knee injury after arthroseopie surgery. Methods 60 cases of patients with knee joint injury in orthopedic department of the author＇ s hospital were given arthroseopie surgery treatment after epidural anesthesia. All patients were randomly divided into rehabilitation group and control group each with 30 cases. Patients in rehabilitation group were given postoperative nursing early, and the patients in the control group were only given general postoperative care. Results The excellent rates of knee joint function recovery of rehabilitation group after the treatment was significantly higher than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion After arthroseopie surgery for knee joint injury, the complications of knee joint injury can be effectively reduced by taking early rehabilitation nursing care, and the functional recovery of knee joint can be promoted, it is worthy of clinical application.
